1. The biggest disappointment comes from no wifi in rooms (you have to pay for it which to my mind is unacceptable in the hotels of such class) even though there is free wifi in the lobby where you find most of the people surfing internet, and breakfast.

2. 'Basic' internet via ethernet cable was free, but insufficient to download documents from my office, so I paid for the 'faster' wireless internet, which was serviceable but not very fast.

3. The IT manager wrote back to let me know that there were some problems but they have been addressed and now the free limited internet was faster and if you paid the daily fee, the higher speed was about 2MB.

6. Also the room free Internet would be great if it didn't constantly cut out every 3 mins or so it drove me nuts.

7. On the weekends, it is not uncommon to see celebrities and the lounge on property is free for guests of the hotel.

10. There is no coffee maker in the room - you can have one if you call and ask for it, although there is free coffee in the lobby from 0600 to 1000.
