3. general W comment - The Bliss personal care product just don't live up the the rest of the hotel I hope they revise a contract soon and get something a bit better.

4. They have some nice features (generally clean, quick check-in, helpful concierge, good location connected to a food court which is great for lunch), some odd ones (decor), and sadly this challenge with cleaning rooms.

5. I know that it is a revenue generating mechanism, but it seemed quite unfair to hotel guests when there isn't adequate shade/umbrellas on the pool deck.

7. In general I found this property to be worthy of a four star rating, but there were significant (although relatively minor) detail issues, both on the housekeeping side and with property maintenance.

I recently had an especially positive experience with STEFANO SMITH at the Welcome Desk - as a platinum SPG member, I've come to generally expect upgrades to standard suites, and when one was not available at check-in, he put me in a normal king but then followed up with me three times in four hours to get me to my suite.

10. The beds are comfortable (could use higher thread count sheets in my opinion), the rooms spacious (nice, considering it was a Sheraton pre facelift), the staff is generally 'fab' by their scale.
