2. For the NY standards the hotel is great, excellent position close to subway or bus going downtown, many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood (Starbucks, Gap, Dunkin' Donuts, CVS.

3. The only positive was that it was a nice neighbour hood, although you did have to walk quite a distance to get to anywhere which we didn't mind.
