1. Rooms and barhrooms are very small, but clean, comfortable and modern, The property looks recently remodeled.

2. although the room was quite small for two people, it was not really a big deal for me because it was nevertheless comfortable and we were usually out the whole day, we really only needed a place and bed to sleep at at night.

3. Whilst the rooms are not huge,you get a bed and about a metre squared of floor space, but there is a cupboard to put luggage in, they are clean and the bed is comfortable.

7. From the 5th floor I did hear road noise all night, but it wasnt too intrusive and the beds were so comfortable they compensated.

9. Location - On the corner of Broadway and 86th, probably a little too far to comfortably stroll downtown and back each day, but within perhaps 100 metres of a subway stop.

10. At least the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the views are not great but if you want to see the city then go outside and go up the Empire State.
