1. Overall, I would say that I would consider staying at CICPW again when I return to NYC, although I might be tempted to spend a little more money per night for something a little bit more spacious & luxurious.

2. I read alot of reviews on this place before I booked - because of the concerns of the room sizes I ended up booking a king room instead of queen because of other peoples rooms, but our room was spacious and secure and we had plenty of space.

5. The room was so much nicer than we expected, it had a double bed and a sigle bed that accomodated our needs perfectly, it looked recently renovated, it was very clean, had a closet and a dresser with 3 spacious drawers as well as enough space for our suitcases.

6. They did provide a very nice flat-screen television and the bathroom had recently been remodeled; however, for over $250 a night (average in NY), it would've been nice to have secured one of the spacious rooms they offer when you're viewing their property online.
