1. The neighborhood around the hotel is fabulous - tons of great little restaurants and shops, and perfect for someone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of midtown (but it's definitely still walkable to midtown).

3. A short step from the Strawberry Fields entrance to Central Park, one block from the Dakota, buses on one side and subway stations all around this is a perfect location for the budget traveller.
