1. If I called for fresh towels, shampoo, and the like, it always arrived at my room within ten minutes.

I will be honest and say the rooms are small almost box like but doesn't mean they weren't comfortable and accomadating, we had lovely hot showers daily, a large tv to watch a host of American tv on, a safe to keep our belongings in, fresh towels and bed linen everyday without fail and enough space to hold all our luggage :) it was also quiet and are air-con worked for us when it become too stuffy in the room :) The final thing I will mention is the lift now I fell in love with its eccentric nature because the lift has a mind of its own, we were on the 8th floor but for some reason it would always stop at the 5th and there would be no-one there and when we were going down the lift would miss us completely - drove my Boyfriend mad but I found it quite amusing how the lift had a mind of its own so be wary but take it in good humor.

4. Again, contrary to other reviews there is a lot more on offer than toast and muffins, there is also fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, omlette, sausage, fresh fruit juice, muffins and doughnuts as well as an endless supply of coffee.

5. Second day still doing our room at 3pm, third day we came back at 5pm having left before noon and it hadn't been done at all - they were fairly quick in bringing fresh towels when I called down to reception (towels not even bath towel size).

6. Beware that this property allows smoking in specific rooms and does not guarantee that you will have a room that smells fresh.

7. Excellent variety, eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit cups, cereals, toasts, bagels, doughnuts fresh made Belgian waffles and plenty of juice choices, milk and coffee's.

8. we stayed for 7 nights during July 4th in a double room on the 3rd floor - (lucky for us as we could climb the stairs)the rooms are not as small as i thought they'd be, perfect size for 2 people sharing, rooms and bathroom were also kept very clean - great maids, provided us with fresh towels, clean sheets and replaced shampoos and soap each morning.

10. Breakfast is a joke, not fresh, you eat from plastic plates and there is barely enough.
