1. The staff are aware of this and did their best to alleviate the problem -this problem will always prevent them getting better reviews unless it is resolved.

4. I got two separate rooms due to splitting the duration of the stay, and the first room was better than the second one.

5. The breakfast was average for a comfort inn, the staff was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was acceptable, no sign of bed bugs and while the elevator could take a few minutes it never got stuck and was better than walking up 6 flights of stairs.
