5. The A/C was quiet and efficient, the hotel was quiet throughout (no noisy neighbors or corridors), the entire hotel was clean in the common areas as well as the room and the free breakfast was a nice extra.

6. It is hardly perfect but for middle-class upstate-New York folks in NYC it is great -- great location, always clean, courteous and efficient staff, comfortable beds, fabulous location -- incredibly reasonable price for the location.
