4. Jim and Catie Copely(the black lab) were super nice and helpful when our son wondered around the hotel when he was not supposed to and kept him company until I could find him again.

5. OK, so the hotel halls and our room appeared a bit stark, dingy even, but The Fairmont still held on to its former elegance with the room's chandelier dressed in shining crystal drops, high ceilings, the hotel's attentive doormen, and a wonderful cheery staff.
