1. Whilst not the best location it is within easy walking distance of Boston Common and the Old Trolley bus stops immediately outside with the Boston T Orange and Green Line Subway stations nearby.

5. Beautiful old hotel well positioned in Boston; rooms are old as to be expected and the floor-boards creak overhead; service is not the best I have experienced but this seems to be one of the best hotels in Boston otherwise; tip generously or invoke the wrath of the service staff.
