7. Again I called the front desk but this time they transferred me to their help desk (somewhere far away overseas not in the buiiding) where I got an extremely helpful person who had to walk me through connecting in a much more complicated way then when I first signed on - for reasons he didn't explain - but when it was all done and working - he said he could make sure that my room would stay completely connected until the time I checked out - and so far this morning - it's still working.
