1. When we checked in, there was not really a warm welcome, and on our departure day we left our room 5 minutes after 10 am (travelling with little children requires a tight schedule).

8. This makes me wonder who is the priority, the paying holiday maker or the apartment owner getting there apartment paid for ? There was a large communual dustbin near our front door which was overflowing on a couple of occasions not too welcoming.

There was ample room to lounge in the registration center, but with 3 tired and highly strung children from the excitement of air travel and anticipation of Disney World, not knowing whether or not our suite would be ready as promised and the staff member's seemingly unapologetic or uncaring attitude, did not welcome the tired grandma and mom checking in.
