1. We only used the swimming pools a handful of times but the kids had lots of fun there.

2. Since we did not check any luggage we needed a few things (this was more fun than paying to lug a bunch of unneeded stuff and check in bags).

3. 2 other pools on site, all with life guards on duty, unfortunately due to the acts of a few previous mindless idiots these pools are no longer open 24 hours as they were in 2008 which is a shame as we had some fun nights by the pool.

5. The pools are crystal blue, the concierge was a drop from heaven, the local shopping was fun and my kids loved absolutely every second of it (though they insisted on whining about less ideal cell phone reception)One complaint I could have is that we wanted more towels and it took 30 minutes.

6. We stayed on the 1st floor which wasn't fun carrying up suitcases after 10hrs travelling and no porter service was offered.

7. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo - unfortunately it was the top floor of the building and bringing in our luggages was not fun at all.
