1. Reception staff are OK some more helpful than others, we had no problems with either stay-first time we had a 3 bed place second a 2 bed,both were more than adequate.

I wanted the resort to send me a map of the general area with some coupons and such and they said that I could get it once I was at the resort, but I didn't want to wait as I was planning all of the arrangements, but the resort refused to send me anything and informed me that a map was on their website that was adequate which I printed out with their directions.
