2. We did notice that the adjacent units were getting new carpeting so we assumed that they were going to be replacing the carpeting in some of the older units (like ours) in the following weeks.

5. If you could take the condo rooms, put new beds in them, move their location about 10 miles closer to the attractions, take away the construction, add internet and recycling facilities, heat the pools and treat the guests with a little respect, then we could certainly recommend a stay there.
