1. We had a beat up old refrigerator just sitting in the dining/living area and no apparent reason for it to be there.

6. The staff werent that helpful, the 'shop' in reception doesn't offer refunds for any reason you can only exchange for other goods even if your purchase happened literally minutes ago.

10. I myself thought that wasn't good enough, with all the news about people just walking up and killing people for no reason in Orlando, FL; who's to say what could 've happened to us? The manager didn't even have the respect ot give us a call when she arrived.
