4. We opted for a 2 bedroom unit and figured one kid would take advantage of the pull out couch but he found that just sleeping on the sofa was more comfortable.

5. The only drawback was the sofa bed in the living room, it was so uncomfortable that after a couple of nights we ended up sleeping on the floor on blankets - and it was actually very comfortable because the carpet was about 2 inches thick.
