1. Staff and management make a solid and generally very successful effort to provide plenty of Aloha, with one glaring exception, a desk guy named Lance.

2. I don't know what else to say except that if you want the most 'bang for your buck' and have a clean, inexpensive hotel with a friendly staff to help you ENJOY your Waikiki stay, then this hotel is the place for you.

3. We never had to circle more than twice, and you can park there anytime except Fridays 8:30-11:30 am for street cleaning (we were out anyway, so no problem).

8. People should remember that Waikiki overall is very busy and noisy and I think it would be noisy anywhere that you stay, except maybe the expensive ones with the rooms that face the beach.
