1. My sister and I toured the city and when i returned later on that day I was pleasantly surprised that he upgraded me to a much better room.

Sure, the breakfast could be a little better, the bathroom was a little smaller than we thought it would be, and plugging my blow dryer into an outlet in the room caused the air conditioner to stop working, but the hotel has a friendly, helpful staff and they fixed my problem as quickly as they could.

7. It took several phone calls and 3 days to have this replaced -The elevators take a bit long (but really that can't be helped)I think with some maintenance, this hotel can definitely be better.

10. Price-wise the hotel is still a decent deal but I do believe that there are better options in the same price range (for example I would rather stay at the Best Western Coconut that I stayed at earlier).
