1. The pool side service is great, the towels are plentiful, the parrots are great, the private beach is also great.

My favorite things: Keurig coffee makers in all rooms, the food at Essensia (hotel restaurant) was outstanding, the beach/pool staff (so nice, happy and energetic -- try a Mexican Mojito if you like tequila), the Aveda Spa (was there during 'Spa Week' -- half price treatments), iHome in all rooms, plenty of closet space, Aveda toiletries, 40-minute walk along the boardwalk to Lincoln Road (dining, shopping, etc).
