1. This hotel is on the more quiet end where you can get a good night's rest after visiting the loud and busy ocean drive, washington and collins.

2. Make sure you get a rental or be prepared to spend $$ on taxi's because The Palm's is about a good 20 blocks (2 miles) from the SoBe action.

5. The price i paid for the room was pretty good because i booked early and got a sale price, but the regular price was too much for the location and size of the room.

6. The location isn't that good if you do not have a rental car or have an issue with taking taxis, as it is a minimum of 15-20 min to walk to Lincoln and longer to South Beach, but we enjoyed the board/beach walk and taxis were very quick and quite inexpensive.

7. The wifi was very good, the lobby very nice, the beach was lovely and the grounds were absolutely amazing, it felt like a small Carribean resort.
