1. We had a toilet issue, but it was resolved very quickly, the room was very well decorated, roomy enough for the two of us and the beds were quite comfy.

8. Our room had nice furniture, a decent bathroom, Aveda products, a FABULOUS ocean view, comfy bed, large sofa AND our windows happened to open because the screwed-in latch was missing (room 712 if you're interested.
