1. They took care of us in Room 629 anytime we had a question or concern and someone was up to address it promptly.

3. The only DRAWBACK for us was the unfriendly and unhelpful lady at the concierge, she would never know or didn't have what you needed and was very rude and be careful about the RESORT FEE that they charge that it's $12.
