1. I found all employees quite friendly and helpful, except for a very rude waitress in the lounge area who ignored us for so long, that I left the restaurant entirely, but the hotel provided me with a credit right away and we ended up getting room service.

3. No where to eat except expensive main dining room and crowded bar with no seats and warm wine (other facilities all being used by a group)--they said wine was warm because they didn't have air conditioning in the bar.
