4. I found all employees quite friendly and helpful, except for a very rude waitress in the lounge area who ignored us for so long, that I left the restaurant entirely, but the hotel provided me with a credit right away and we ended up getting room service.

5. It came out in a container and when my friend was done, she offered the rest to our other friend.
