1. A porter was always there asking if you need assistance and security was present.

6. Slightly annoyed that the door adjoining my room to the adjacent one was partially broken and did not lock properly, I just had to make sure the security bar was pushed across (the adjoining room was not occupied by anyone in my party).

8. PLUS there is NO WAY TO USE THE STAIRS to go up/down to lobby because the doors exit to the bldg exterior, so can't have access for security reasons (and I asked).
