1. The people that worked in this hotel were nice but the rooms were not well cleaned to me and i even woke up with a big red spot on my body that ended up being a bite of some kind of a bug i believe.

4. Again nice employees, very friendly people work there and I am thinking if you get a room away from the freeway it might be a much better experience.

6. The Crowne Plaza is positioned away from the downtown noise but you can hear the trolley busesHowever this did not ruin our stay here and the room was quite nice overlooking the pool and the street.
