1. Everyone from Tongelea the Night Manager, Kenny at the Bar, and Amanda at the front desk are exceptional.

2. Everything was smooth sailing except for when it came to the following:1) The hotel front desk / Management gave away our pre reserved handicapped double room - the only one in the hotel which was reserved in a group contract 2 months in advance.

10. Great hotel, good location, easy to get to the trolley, downtown, good staff workers except for the desk clerks, not trained with people skills, bell men and cleaning staff were just the opposite.
