1. The folks working there were extremely nice, valet guy was awesome, and the guy that drove us to the concert in the fancy black yukon was able to drop me off at the door - cool.

On the negative side:- the room faced the highway, so there was constant traffic noise;- the heating/cooling system was hard to regulate;- the heating/cooling system was bothersome when trying to sleep, clicking off and on loudly;- the room was semi-updated and decent, but I expected more from a 3.

5. I wonder if these folks have heard of BLEACH? The very thin bathmat was actually kind of cool - IF they had been properly washed and IF they were not there simply to cover up partially removed strips that had been glued (there were remnants of the strip & glue under the mat - no way could we bathe even if we had re-cleaned it ourselves (which I often do, even in 4-star hotels).

7. Although it was good they called us (we were starting to get concerned it wasn't cooling down), it seems ridiculous that they would have put us there when they knew beforehand.
