1. At one point we couldn't get our coffee pot to work correctly, that's when 'Mack' came to the room and not only did he tell us the pot was 'broken' he replaced the coffee pot and then MADE us the coffee so that we could see it did work.

3. We were put in a single bed room even though I listed 4 travelers and selected the correct room.

4. When we arrived around 3pm they could not find our reservation in the system and after 10 minutes of investigation we were told the reservation we had made was recorded for different nights in their system, even though our confirmation email clearly stated the correct nights.
