2. We had a very positive experience overall but it's hard for me to review the Hyatt without comparing it to the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel, where we stayed the two nights prior.

3. We weren't converted by the platform beds (rather than the traditional mattress and box spring)--we commented that older folks or those that have a difficult time getting up from a lower position might have a difficult time with these.
