1. Overall based on our two night stay at the Hyatt we were generally pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others thinking about staying in this area.

2. The staff is generally very polite, however, the pool bar staff have clearly been around for years and they are simply working the shift.

8. And, given the price of Hawaiian meals in general, this can easily pay for itself as you may not feel like doing the full meal thing after beach / pool or for breakfast.

9. If you pay a lot of money for a resort you don't want to be competing with the general public or people from other resorts for chairs that you should have first shot at.
