1. I was really happy with the greeting when we arrived in 2006, a big Aloha and a very nice orchid lei.

2. We were happy with how they addressed the situation but would have expected some sort of compensation especially since we were downgraded to a smaller bed (we were paying for this portion of the trip too, not the company.
