7. On a morning we used the little cafe near the lobby which was great and the staff were really nice, the awake tea is just like a good cup of English Breakfast Tea.

10. some of the buildings look like prisons -- thank goodness they let us out of our reservation, as we were NOT going to stay there even one night.
