1. Nani, my massage therapist, was warm and welcoming and apparently paid close attention during our quick pre-service consult b/c that was one of the very best massages I've ever received.

3. Walking around the large property, one can see that they really pay attention to details, from the plants growing between room balconies to the statues in the Japanese garden to the torches they use to light the place at night.
