1. While satisfied in general thanks to the service and mainly to the outstanding view from our room and every part of the hotel, we feel it is a little too sofisticated in the wrong way.

7. Not only is the physical setting beautiful in Hanalei Bay but the level of service is just so outstanding you shake you head sometimes and say 'how'? Everyone and I mean everyone even the pool attendants remember your name.
