1. The property was clean and the grounds were beautiful, particularly the outside pool area and beach.

2. our room was on the 7th floor and I loved being able to be getting ready and still look out on the beautiful view through the window between the bedroom and the bathroom (which can be blacked out if preferred).

10. One knock though is that it does rain quite a bit in this area of Kauai, however most people choose to stay here because of how lush and beautiful the vegetation is.
