1. Instead of taking our bags and sending us to the bar, they made sure that we had everything that we needed while we waited, including free mixed drinks by the pool.

8. Although we aren't into someone else unpacking or packing our luggage (we did ourselves), we were able to have movies delivered to our rooms, questions answered quickly and arrangement made including stress free check in and out.

9. You give out free water and other silly things that nobody cares about like horrible q-tips but need to charge $15-$20 a day for a network and internet that you already utilize for your own internal purposes? Cmon.
