1. We had great service and the pool was a welcome place to enjoy late afternoons after a full day sightseeing before heading out to watch the sunset and have dinner.

Appeared to be a very quiet hotel, no welcoming bar, never found the restaurant, attached to huge shopping centre (NOT a plus) bedroom was over back entrance to hotel so woken at 5am every morning by deliveries/bin men, staff rude, not close to the beach, 1hours walk to centre of Honolulu, pool dirty, and hotel located on what seemed like to busiest junction in the entire universe.
