1. The resort itself was absolutely full while we were there (we were part of a large conference group), and I was really impressed with the way the Hotel managed everything so well - I never once felt like I was part of a 'group' the service was very individual and personalised.

9. The policy on the pool gates state that there is no early morning saving of pool chairs, but clearly there is no one to enforce this, and not enough staff walking around seeing if guests would like anything.
