1. My wife wondered if this was because the latter staff understand the relationship between their attitude and tips ;-)Lastly, while we understand that housekeeping staff are not generally the best paid, only one of the five we encountered could speak any English.

6. My family has stayed at this hotel on three occaisons; generally we have found that the grounds, rooms and food are great, although it does resemeble a public housing project.
