1. Black tea when I asked for herbal; runny eggs when I asked for them hard, 4) Nobody comes by to re-fill the minibar all day, 5) When I call to ask them about it, they act like it's some sort of huge deal to come and re-fill the mini-bar but they do volunteer to send the maintenance guy back which is now completely beside the point.

2. First, this is an older hotel, and could use a bit of updating to rooms, like flat screen tv's and and i-pad docks.

6. Since you pay an additional daily 'resort fee' I feel like you should at least be able to find a chair at the water park or the pool.

8. There was another 'older' couple there (like in their 30's) and the four of us couldn't believe the parents would allow this, being that we were there first.

9. However, when a friend and I were in town on business, we decided to go to a small pool in a enclave near our room, and we were there no more than 15 minutes when a family of 4 kids jumped in the tiny pool splashing us and using water guns like they thought is was the water park area.
