6. The weather was nice but if is is cold, it has access to the skywalk that connects to the Convention Center, Shopping Center and other hotels.

7. At the front desk everyone is helpful but we want to point out that Merideth was specially helpful and went out of her way to make this stay a very nice one.

9. The workout room is nice, although a bit smaller than I had expected so there weren't many redundant machines, which may have been more frustrating if it was more crowded, but was fine when I was there.

10. The Conrad a few blocks down is very nice for business, but I would never feel comfortable taking smaller kids there, whereas the Hyatt was fine with kids & for business.
