My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for 3 nights for a business trip and right from the start we had problems:CHECK-IN: My husband waited in what he thought was the correct line to check in for about 10 minutes, only to be ignored for that whole time period and then told 'You have to go over there, we can`t help you here'.
