1. They have cool towels in a mini-fridge in the fitness room, which was great - I almost started doing that at home afterwards because it was so refreshing after a workout.

6. The room had its own controls for heating/cooling (some earlier reviews seemed to indicate that this was not the case) and while, yes, the vent is over the bed, it IS adjustable by just standing on the bed and fiddling with the vent slats.
