1. The staff was friendly and I loved the fact that I could self-check in and out and also that I was able print my boarding pass right in the lobby.

3. The hotel location is one of the easiest in the downtown area if you're driving in from the airport, and I loved the easy in/out of the valet parking area.

6. We were initially put in a room with two doubles and it seemed rather small but after contacting the front desk a bellman escorted us to a different room and it was lovely.
