1. One issue with refrigerator in room (not working), took two phone calls and a visit to the front desk to get it remedied, but staff that took care of issue apologized for the inconvenience.

3. You can reserve a car online (or via phone) and when you arrive at the airport, all you have to do is go to the Ground Transportation Center, check in at the carey booth, and they`ll take care of the rest.
