2. We left to go to the mall, which is directly across the street, and upon our return had a complimentary ticket for (a few different choices) free internet, free starbucks, or free buffet breakfast.

3. The only thing I forgot about Hyatt hotels is that they do not have free internet.

4. 5 star you get free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, etc.

5. I have learned over my 7 years of using Priceline that the higher the star rating, the more you are charged for stuff you get for free at lower star hotels.

6. Even though it is a great hotel, the fact that parking is $30 a night and they charge for Wi-Fi, where every place in America has free wi-fi (starbucks, panera, gyms, malls, etc) shows that this company is just out to rip off there customers.

7. We packed and moved ourselves and they gave us free wifi for our trouble.

8. There are several area businesses that offer it for free though, so go to Steak n' Shake or somewhere else for free wifi.

10. (didnt help me when I stayed)Business center is outsourced, and with no club, no where for a Diamond member to print a simple word document for free-not sure of the pricing as I waited until my next day's stay at the Westin to print.
