1. ' For whatever reason (I heard it was university graduation weekend and there may have been a wedding party), everyone and their uncle was taking up space in the lobby and elevators, being overly loud and boisterous as if they owned the place.

2. The location is VERY easy to get to from most of DC, and walking to Chinatown and other areas is reasonable in decent weather.

5. There is a 'Bliss' spa in the basement and a reasonably equipped gym, neither of which I had time to experience.

9. There are garages just a few blocks away that charge a more reasonable $25 per day, however, and I would suggest you park there if you're looking to save some money.

10. Turnover of people is huge so maybe this is a reason that sometimes you can find some empty cola cans in the elevator.
